NOTE: For remote areas (such as the top of a mountain or some islands), addtional cost will be added for shipping. After you placed you order, our logistics will check your postcode to see if it is regarded as a remote area or not. We will email you the addtional shipping cost and a link for payment if it is a remote area. You can also check your postcode here through DHL website.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please read carefully our return policy which is written aslo in Terms&Conditions which you already agreed when making the payment before.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 14 days after receival of the item.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be fully refunded. However, you are able to exchange your sales item for another type.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you need to exchange your purchase m, send us an email at email@example.com then we will contact you for the arrangement.
Shipping cost to you are included in the price, to return an item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to keep the track and trace number until you receive confirmation of arrival of the package. Please remember to fill the return form which you also had received from us by email when we confirmed the payment.
